Information and purposes

Favorites, recent play, language and volume settings, and some scores or progress are stored in this browser through localStorage or sessionStorage. They support play, recovery, and preferences and are not sent to a GAMEBADA account server by default.

Hosting and network providers may process ordinary connection information such as IP address, request time, browser type, and requested URL for delivery, security, and error handling. GAMEBADA does not build or sell a separate user-profile database from this information.

• We do not request account, payment, national identifier, or precise-location data.
• Support email contains the address, message, and files a sender chooses to provide.

Retention and deletion

Device data remains until you remove it or reset browser storage. Support email is retained only as needed to answer the request and handle related rights issues. Provider security-log retention follows that provider's settings and policy; GAMEBADA does not create an unnecessary long-term copy.

• Information may be separated and retained when a legal obligation requires it.

Advertising, cookies, and consent

This version provides AdSense publisher-verification metadata and ads.txt only. It does not start advertising scripts or requests, and readiness settings alone cannot enable ads.

If advertising is enabled, Google may process cookies, device identifiers, IP address, page context, and ad interactions for delivery, measurement, and abuse prevention. Where consent is required, including the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, a Google-certified CMP will apply refusal, withdrawal, and non-personalized choices before advertising requests.

Processors and international handling

Cloudflare provides hosting, delivery, security, and image optimization. If advertising is enabled, Google provides advertising, consent, and measurement. These providers may process information on global infrastructure; this notice and their policies describe the enabled features, purposes, and retention.

Your rights and safeguards

Send access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal, or other privacy questions to hello@gamebada.com. We may request the minimum verification needed to protect the requester and do not ask for unnecessary identity documents.

Safeguards include encrypted transport, least privilege, input and save validation, and security headers. Advertising and analytics start from a denied state and activate only after the required configuration.

Children and policy changes

GAMEBADA is a general-audience game portal and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Players below an age that requires guardian consent should use it with a guardian. Separate age and advertising restrictions will apply if a game or feature changes that status.

Material changes are published here before they take effect. This revision adds the advertising safety gate, processor and international-handling information, rights workflow, and device-data deletion control.
