Piece together a 16:9 picture with Haeun, keeper of the puzzle workshop. There are five levels of 9, 16, 24, 48 and 64 pieces, and every new puzzle is cut with a fresh set of tabs and slots. Stars are earned by time per piece, and rotation mode raises the challenge by dealing pieces turned sideways or upside down.
How to play
- Choose a piece count on the start screen. Only 9 pieces is open at first; this is also where you switch rotation mode on and use Next picture to choose among the eight pictures.
- Starting scatters the pieces in the tray. In portrait the board sits above the tray; in landscape the board is on the left.
- Drag a piece close to its spot, upright, and it clicks into place. Dropped anywhere else on the board it returns to the tray; dropped inside the tray it stays where you put it.
- On a keyboard, the Arrow keys move a cursor and Space picks up or drops; N jumps to the next loose piece, E sorts edges and P shows the preview. On a gamepad use the stick or D-pad with A, plus X to rotate, Y to preview and LB for the next piece.
- Lock every piece to finish. The result screen shows your stars and score, and lets you move to the next level or start a new puzzle.
Strategy tips
- Press Edge sort (E) first. Border pieces gather at the front of the tray in clockwise order from the top-left corner, so you can lay the frame in sequence.
- Three stars need 6 seconds or less per piece, two need 12. That means 54 seconds for 9 pieces and 6 minutes 24 seconds for 64.
