Kazia's Pipe Works

Each tap turns a pipe a quarter clockwise. The board is finished when every pipe end meets another and the water from the central pump reaches every tile; wet pipes flow blue and the taps at the ends fill with a drop. Long-press a tile you are sure of to lock it, and start from the edges, which can never point outward. Nine stages from 4×4 to 7×9, three boards that wrap around their edges and a daily board, every one built to be solvable. Finish within par without hints for three stars; three hints per board.
