A daily word puzzle: sixteen words hide four groups of four. Some words are planted to look as if they fit two groups, so rushing a guess quickly costs mistakes. Today's puzzle is the same for everyone by Korea Standard Time, and there are 32 Korean and 32 English puzzles.
How to play
- Press Start and today's sixteen words appear in a 4×4 grid. The puzzle language follows the language chosen in the menu.
- Tap four words you think share a theme. On a keyboard move with the Arrow keys and choose with Enter or Space; on a gamepad use the D-pad and A.
- Submit (S, gamepad X). A correct group moves to the top with its colour and theme, and fill-in-the-blank or wordplay groups add a one-line explanation of the link. If three of your four are right, you are told you are one away.
- A wrong submission counts as one mistake. At four mistakes the remaining groups are revealed and the puzzle ends.
- When you find all four groups or run out of mistakes, the result screen appears. From there you can share or continue with Next puzzle today.
Strategy tips
- If a theme seems to have five or more candidates, one of them belongs to another group. Submit the group you are surest of first to shrink the board.
- Some groups are words that join the same word before or after them, and some are wordplay with a number or another word hidden inside. When meaning fails, look at sound and spelling.
- After a one-away, swap just one of your four words and try again. Resubmitting the exact same four words is not counted as a mistake; you are only told you already tried it.
