미로의 텐트와 나무 guide

A logic puzzle on camp guide Miro's map: pitch exactly one tent for every tree. A tent must sit directly beside its tree (up, down, left or right), no two tents may touch even diagonally, and the numbers along the rows and columns give each line's tent count. Every board is built to be solved by deduction alone, so there is never a need to guess.

How to play

  1. Choose an unlocked size: 6×6 (7 tents), 8×8 (12 tents) or 10×10 (18 tents). Solving a size unlocks the next.
  2. Each tap on a square cycles it from empty to tent to grass and back to empty. Tree squares never change.
  3. On a keyboard, move with the arrow keys and cycle with Enter; T pitches a tent, G marks grass, X clears, H gives a hint and R restarts. On a gamepad, the D-pad moves, A cycles, Y hints, B clears and Start pauses.
  4. Grass is a note meaning 'no tent here'. It does not affect the solution check, so use it freely to keep track of your deductions.
  5. A tent that touches another tent, has no tree beside it, or pushes a line past its number is flagged as clashing, and the clash count is shown on screen.
  6. The board is solved when every correct square holds a tent and there are no extra tents. Score is 300 plus 40 per tent, plus 90 for each unused hint.

Strategy tips

  • Start by marking grass on every line whose number is 0 and every square with no tree directly beside it. That removes most candidates at once.
  • Once a tent is pitched, none of the eight squares around it can hold another. Fill them with grass right away to make the next step clearer.
  • When a line's remaining candidate squares equal its remaining tents, they are all tents. When a line already has its number, the rest of it is grass.
  • A tree with only one candidate square left must have its tent there. Check trees in corners and along edges first.
  • Each board has three hints; a hint either pitches one missing tent or turns one wrong tent into grass. No hints earns three stars, one hint two, and two or more one.

Common questions

Can two tents sit next to the same tree?

Their positions allow it. But trees and tents must pair one to one, so the grid is only correct if every tree can be matched with its own separate tent.

Do I have to mark all the grass to finish?

No. As soon as every correct square holds a tent and there are no extra tents, the board is complete regardless of grass marks.

Does restarting with R give my hints back?

No. It clears your marks on the same board but keeps the number of hints already used. Use Start or the stage picker for a fresh board.

Can I leave in the middle and continue later?

Pausing or leaving the tab saves the board in this browser, and when you come back you can continue from where you stopped.
