네온 발리 듀얼 guide

Move Iva, captain of the rooftop court, in a one-on-one volleyball duel against her rival Zeli. Left and right movement plus a single jump hit button handle serving, jumping, blocking and attacking, and you score when the ball lands on the rival's side. There are three courts, Starlight rooftop, Sunset beach and Sky dome, and the later ones add wind and lower gravity that reshape the ball's flight.

How to play

  1. Choose Quick play or Tour. A quick match is a race to 3 points on the court you pick (capped at 5), while the tour plays all three courts in order with a 5-point set on each (capped at 8).
  2. Move Iva under the ball with the ◀ ▶ buttons, A·D or the arrow keys. She only moves while you hold a control and stops when you let go.
  3. When it is your serve, press the jump hit button (W, Space, ↑ or Enter) to serve. During a rally the same button jumps and attacks at once.
  4. Swipe upward on Iva's side of the court to leap in that direction and attack; a longer swipe hits harder, and a short tap works like jump hit.
  5. Whoever wins a point serves next. A set ends when a player reaches the target with a lead of two or more, or reaches the cap first.
  6. In the tour, all three courts are played and whoever wins more sets takes the title. The result screen shows your score and best record.

Strategy tips

  • When the ball starts falling toward your side, a 'Drop' marker shows where it will land. Get under the marker early and receiving becomes much easier.
  • Touching and attacking the ball fills your Flow meter. At 85% or more your next attack becomes a stronger flow spike, which then drains most of the meter.
  • Each court has a mission: a 3-hit rally on the first, 2 spikes on the second and 1 net block on the third. Completing it maxes your Flow meter and adds a large score bonus.
  • The beach court adds wind, and the sky dome adds stronger wind plus lower gravity, so the ball hangs longer and drifts sideways. Follow the drop marker all the way down rather than its first position.
  • There is no time limit on your own serve. After losing a point, take a breath before serving.

Common questions

How do I make a net block?

While airborne close to the net, let a ball coming from the rival's side touch you without attacking it. That counts as a net block: the ball shoots back to the rival's court and your Flow meter jumps.

If I lose an early court in the tour, is it over?

No. The tour always plays all three courts, and whoever wins more of the three sets is champion. Drop one court and you can still win by taking the other two.

Can I change the opponent's difficulty?

In the game settings, pick Rookie, Pro or Legend under next match difficulty; it starts on Rookie. The change applies from the next match, and Legend scores 1.2 times while Rookie scores 0.88 times.

Can I continue a match after leaving?

A match in progress is kept as a checkpoint, and reopening the game resumes it with a 'Match restored' notice. Your career records stay when you start over.
