Stella's Comet Sweep guide
Pilot space sweeper Stella's tiny ship on its own momentum and shoot drifting comet rocks to pieces. Big rocks split into two medium ones and medium rocks into two small ones, and the screen edges wrap, so rocks, shots and your ship all reappear on the opposite side. Clear every rock in a wave to move on, across ten stages plus a daily sky that changes every day.

How to play
- Pick a stage; the rocks start moving the moment you first touch the controls. Your ship begins in the centre of the screen.
- Press and drag on the screen and the ship turns toward your drag, thrusting harder the further you drag. Let go and it glides on its momentum, slowly losing speed.
- With auto-fire on, the ship keeps shooting in the direction it faces. Turn it off to fire only while holding the Fire button; the setting is remembered for next time.
- Keyboard: ← and → (or A and D) turn, ↑ (or W) thrusts, Space fires, X warps and F toggles auto-fire. Gamepad: the left stick aims and thrusts, A fires, B warps, Y toggles auto-fire and Start pauses.
- Clear all of a stage's waves to complete it and unlock the next stage. You start with three ships and fail the stage if you lose them all.
Strategy tips
- Removing one big rock completely takes seven hits: the big rock (20 points), two medium ones (50 each) and four small ones (100 each). Splitting several big rocks at once floods the screen with small, fast fragments, so finish one off before starting the next.
- The smaller the rock, the faster it moves. Right after splitting a big rock, move out of the paths the fragments fly along.
- From stage 3 a saucer crosses the screen and fires at your ship, aiming better and appearing more often on later stages. It is worth 200 points, so turn your nose toward its path before it arrives.
- You have two warps per stage, each jumping you to a clear spot away from the rocks. Every unused warp is worth 100 and every surviving ship 300 when you clear the stage, so save warps for real emergencies.
- After losing a ship you respawn in the centre and are briefly immune to collisions. Use that moment to read the rocks around you and move somewhere safe.
Common questions
How are stars awarded?
Clear a stage without losing a ship for three stars, losing one ship for two, and more for one.
Can I gain extra ships?
You earn one every 5,000 points, up to a maximum of five. Each cleared wave also adds 150 points, so longer stages make extra ships easier to earn.
What changes in later stages?
The number of waves rises from two to five, the first wave grows from three big rocks to five, and the rocks move faster. Within a stage, one more big rock joins every second wave.
How do I unlock the daily sky?
Clear stage 4. The daily sky is a four-wave board generated fresh each day in Korea Standard Time, and your best stars and score for the day are recorded.
