다솜의 야찌 다이스 guide
With Dasom, the harbour's dice host, you fill a thirteen-box scorecard using five dice. Each turn you may roll up to three times, holding the dice you want to keep, and since every box must be filled exactly once over thirteen turns, choosing when to sacrifice a box for zero is part of the strategy. The upper-section bonus, the extra 100-point bonus for repeat five-of-a-kinds and the joker rule are all scored by the standard rules.

How to play
- After starting, press Roll (R key) for the first roll of the turn. You cannot hold dice or score a box before that first roll.
- Press dice to hold them (1–5 on the keyboard). Held dice stay put when you roll again, and you cannot roll with all five held.
- Each open box on the scorecard previews what the current dice would score there. Press a box, or move with ↑↓ and press Enter, to lock in that score and start the next turn.
- Upper boxes (1–6) score the sum of that face. Three and four of a kind and chance score the sum of all five dice. A full house is 25, a small straight (four in a row) 30, a large straight (five in a row) 40, and five of a kind 50.
- The game ends when all thirteen boxes are filled, and your total is compared with your best. Gamepad: ←→ move between dice, A holds, Y rolls, ↑↓ move between boxes, B scores.
Strategy tips
- An upper total of 63 or more earns a 35-point bonus. That is exactly three of each face from 1 to 6, so treat three of a face as the bar for each upper box.
- Once five of a kind is scored at 50, every further five of a kind adds a 100-point bonus. Zeroing that box early throws the chance away, so keep it open as long as you can.
- Chance is the safety box that takes a high sum that fits nowhere else. Do not fill it early with a low total; save it to rescue a bad turn.
- If you already have four in a row and a roll left, re-roll only the die outside the run to chase the large straight (40). If the small straight box is still open, you keep 30 even when it misses.
Common questions
When does the joker rule apply?
When all five dice match and the five-of-a-kind box is already filled. You must use the matching upper box if it is open; if it is filled, any open lower box scores its full value (full house 25, straights 30/40); only when every lower box is filled do you take a zero in another upper box.
If I scored zero in the five-of-a-kind box, is there still a bonus?
The 100-point bonus only applies when that box holds 50. The joker rule still applies after a zero, though, so you can still write a full house or straight score into an open lower box.
Does five of a kind count as a full house?
Not normally. A full house scores 25 only for three of one face and two of another; five of a kind can be written as a 25-point full house only under the joker rule.
Will I lose the game if I close the window?
The game in progress is saved on the device after every action, and reopening restores the last state, paused. Pressing restart deals a new game with a different run of dice.
